Terms and Conditions

By signing up for Blusion Laundry, dropping off your items at any of our locations, or by using our website/online services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Unpaid Orders
Orders that have not been paid for within 30 days of the order date will be considered abandoned and donated

  • The entire contents displayed on the Site (the "Content") have copyrighted protection as a collective work under the laws of the United States and other copyright laws. Blusion Laundry is the sole exclusive owner of the Content. There may be collective work that is the property of other third parties and such collective work is also protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are allowed to display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download portions of the Content from the different areas of the Site only for non-commercial use, unless otherwise permitted. Any redistribution, retransmission or publication of any copyrighted material is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of the copyright owner. You may not change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the Site. You agree not to use any Blusion Laundry logo or any other proprietary graphic or trademark without Blusion Laundry's written consent. As between the parties, title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Content, and any copies or portions thereof, shall remain in Blusion Laundry and/or its content providers. Third-party trademarks, service marks and logos contained in the Site are owned and licensed by their respective owners. Any and all rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Damaged Property
To be considered for reimbursement or refund, any damaged items must be reported to Blusion Laundry within seven business days of your order being delivered. If a damaged item is reported after seven business days, Blusion Laundry will not be liable for the damaged item.

Blusion processors follows the standards and policies set forth by Blusion Laundry.  We exercise the utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and uses such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in the fabric that are not readily apparent before processing.

We cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics; or against damage to ancillary items such as belts, buttons, beads, ties or zipper pulls. To be considered for reimbursement or a refund, any damaged items must be reported and returned to Blusion Laundry for inspection within seven business days of delivery. If a damaged item is reported after seven business days, Blusion Laundry will not be liable for the damaged item.
Lost Items
To be considered for reimbursement or refund, any lost items must be reported to Blusion Laundry within seven business days of your order being delivered or picked up. If a lost item is reported after seven business days, Blusion Laundry will take the necessary steps to locate your item but will not be liable for the lost item.

Blusion Laundry makes its best reasonable effort to track every item that is processed and will review all lost item claims on a case by case basis.

Loose Items
Customers must remove any loose items and empty pockets prior to leaving items with Blusion Laundry.  These items include, but are not limited to: belts, jewelry, cards, detached buttons, cuff-links, laces, etc. Blusion Laundry will not be held responsible if these items are not returned. If a belt is lost, damaged or not returned with an order, Blusion Laundry will only be responsible for the value of the belt, not the value of the garment that the belt belongs to. Blusion Laundry will also not be held responsible for damage to your garments from items left in pockets (lipstick, gum, pens, etc.).
Turnaround Time
Service days and turnaround time vary by location. Blusion Laundry will make its best reasonable effort to return clothes within 48 business-day hours of drop off, however, we do not guarantee turnaround times. If a customer requests next day service, Blusion Laundry cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, but will put forth their best effort to return the order the following day. In the event an order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, Blusion Laundry will not be responsible for compensation or reimbursement if the customer purchases replacement items before the order is delivered.
Service Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason, please contact us at orders@blusionlaundry.com within seven (7) days of the date you received the service. Please do not contact your Blusion Drop Spot location for a refund as they will not be able to assist you.Depending on the circumstances, we may, in our sole discretion, replace the item or service at our expense, provide you a full or partial refund of the purchase price for that item or service, or provide you with Credits for that item or service that will automatically be applied to future orders. We may require the return or photographic documentation of any item or service, that you are dissatisfied with before we provide you a refund, replacement, or Credit. Credits may only be redeemed for the laundry service, are promotional in nature, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other property. Credits only remain available if you maintain both a valid Blusion Laundry account. That means that if you cancel your Blusion Laundry account, any outstanding Credits associated with your cancelled subscription will immediately expire. You may only redeem Credits after they are applied to your Blusion Laundry account. If for some reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your Credit balance, please contact us at orders@blusionlaundry.com. All decisions regarding your Credit balance will be determined in our sole discretion and are final.

Consent to return bag (for Blusion bag users)
Upon pick up of your Blusion Bag, you consent to use the service within 21 days.  If service has not been used, you agree to return the bag to the original sign up location otherwise consent to be charged $20 for the cost of the bag.   
Bed Bugs & Biohazards

Blusion Laundry holds the right to return any order that contains bedbugs or a biohazard for the safety of our employees. Any order that is infested with bedbugs, contains feces, blood, bodily fluids, or anything else that is harmful to our employees will be sent back unprocessed and the customer will be charged a $50 biohazard fee.
