Blusion Terms + Conditions
1. SERVICE REFUND POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven (7) days of the date you received the service. Please do not contact your Blusion Drop Spot location for a refund as they will not be able to assist you.Depending on the circumstances, we may, in our sole discretion, replace the item or service at our expense, provide you a full or partial refund of the purchase price for that item or service, or provide you with Credits for that item or service that will automatically be applied to future orders. We may require the return or photographic documentation of any item or service, that you are dissatisfied with before we provide you a refund, replacement, or Credit. Credits may only be redeemed for the laundry service, are promotional in nature, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other property. Credits only remain available if you maintain both a valid Blusion Laundry account. That means that if you cancel your Blusion Laundry account, any outstanding Credits associated with your cancelled subscription will immediately expire. You may only redeem Credits after they are applied to your Blusion Laundry account. If for some reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your Credit balance, please contact us at email@example.com. All decisions regarding your Credit balance will be determined in our sole discretion and are final.
2. BAG REFUND POLICY
Each Blusion Laundry account includes a customized laundry bag which requires an optional refundable bag deposit of $5 per bag. If you would like to cancel your account with Blusion Laundry and would like to return the bag instead of keeping it to receive the bag refund, please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. The bag must be returned empty with its original coding (either barcode and/or RFID) to your Blusion Drop Spot or mailed to us at: Blusion Laundry (Bag Returns) 860 Johnson Ferry Rd. Suite #140-195 Atlanta, GA 30342 Once we receive the bag and verify its ownership to the account holder, we will issue the refund within 1-3 business days via the method of payment on file. Bags must be in an acceptable condition. All decisions regarding your bag refund will be determined in our sole discretion and are final.
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
